By submitting your information through this form, you consent to Cyber Grants Alliance sharing your information with our vendor partners solely for the purpose of conducting Cyber Security penetration testing.

Relationship with Vendor Sponsors
Our vendor partners are independent entities that operate under their own terms and conditions. Any engagement with a vendor partner is entirely at your discretion and risk.

Business Agreement
Submitting this form does not create a binding agreement or business relationship between your organization and any vendor partner. It is solely an indication of interest in exploring services from a vendor partner.

Vendor Selection
Cyber Grants Alliance may recommend vendor partners based on the details you provide. However, the decision to engage with any vendor partner remains entirely yours. It is your responsibility to perform due diligence, assess their services, and negotiate any agreements independently.

Terms with Vendor Sponsors
Any contractual, commercial, or service arrangements you enter into with a vendor partner, beyond the complimentary penetration testing, are outside of our scope. Cyber Grants Alliance is not a party to those agreements. Any terms, warranties, or guarantees are strictly between you and the vendor partner.

Commissions
Some recommended services or tools may be linked to our affiliates. This means that if you choose to purchase or subscribe to a product or service, Cyber Grants Alliance or affiliated entities such as John E. Geantasio CPA LLC may earn a commission. This comes at no additional cost to you and may include negotiated discounts. We only recommend services we believe are valuable. However, you should only proceed with purchases if they align with your organization’s needs and objectives.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Grants Alliance, its board members, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your engagement with a vendor partner, including but not limited to the performance, quality, or reliability of their products or services.

Limitation of Liability
Cyber Grants Alliance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your interactions with any vendor partner.

Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to amend or terminate this form, service offering, or our relationship with you at any time, without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
